What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Meeting in person or over the phone to discuss areas of work and possible goals the player/family may have. Build a positive rapport with one another before getting to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve played the sport for over 20 years. Coached for 10 years and have been training for 8 years. I love this game and look forward to helping and seeing my players achieve their individual and team success.

Group Session $15/ hr up to 10 players.
Individual Session $15 1/2 hr Or $25/hr.

How did you get started teaching?
Started with the love of playing. Ultimately lead to me coaching a local neighborhood team when I was 16. After that I was hooked especially seeing the affect I had on the kids i was coaching.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with players from all walks of life. I’m also a social worker. I love teaching the youth and the game of basketball.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
More recently my 13u team won the summer league we played in at Homewood. My 11u and 13u teams both won 5 out of 7 tournaments this summer.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say find a trainer that you can connect to, have fun with, and push you to get better everyday.
