About
I have been playing basketball since I was 5 and watching basketball non-stop since. My strongest attribute is definitely my handle and ability to change speeds. I currently play at CCAC (Community College of Allegheny County).
My training is tailored to those who want to improve their guard skills, specifically changes of pace, ball handling, & shot creation off the dribble.

I felt understand and coached by a positive influence. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to improve their game to give it at least 1 session. You won’t regret it. I learned more in 2 hours than 4 years at high school. Abed was also highly educated in basketball and has a tremendous passion for the game. I will be back.

Abed was a very helpful trainer, especially with his intelligence and understanding for the game. His attention to detail in ball handling and other workouts stuck out to me compared to other trainers i’ve worked with in the past. Overall I would recommend his services for anyone looking to improve ball handling and overall shiftiness

This group does a great job of being detailed and constantly measuring your improvement throughout each Traning session. I have personally got better from learning from the best trainers around. They have helped me improve and helped me with my confidence on the court. If you want to get better and to build your confidence this is the right training for you.

I found that the technique they used to teach us ball handling was very helpful. They know how to work with everyone individually and can push their boundaries in a comfortable way.

After the first session we can begin to specify what areas need to be focused on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently play in college at CCAC & have been under the training of pro trainer Justice Cuthbertson. I am constantly watching and studying the game looking for new ways to learn and improve.
