About
I combine my background in studio art, silk painting, and yoga teaching to craft customized classes, workshops, and retreats that help people build strength & confidence, as well as relax and deepen their creativity while fostering a sense of connection to self and community.
I love helping people break out of their comfort zones and experience joy and wonder through the arts and nature, and I also really enjoy helping people feel strong and confident in their physical bodies. I specialize in working with youth, teen girls, and women in transition, and also work with corporate teams.
Helping people feel inspired and empowered to live their BEST lives!
