It's kinda simple, my 25yrs of Credentialed Coaching experience, along with my years of playing, not to mention my connection with each of the kids I work with.

I'm easy to work with, but deman a lot, as that leads to more opportunity for the player in terms of knowledge, ability, tactical and skill development. I've played the game, which is important when choosing a Coach. You can't learn coaching just in a book.

    At Jameson’s club practice they happen to be doing a lot of defensive drills and Jay looked really good- he attacked hard, got in a good stance and did very well even against some of the best attackers on his team. Great start for him tonight and it’s down to you Coach Peter.

    Coach is genuinely interested in seeing my child improve. He works my son for the entire time they are together giving feedback and instruction. There is no wasted time. After each session I get a written summary and suggestions as to what we need to work on. You can tell that he loves what he does and that feeling translates into a wonderful coach and mentor.

    Get to know the player, their experience and once I understand that I put together a Coaching plan to suit the needs and expectations of the Player. 

    I've played the game at Club level in Ireland and Scotland.  And have 20+years of Coaching experience, that includes ages 5 to 25, Middle School boys & girls, High School boys & girls.  

    I hold a NSCAA - National Soccer Coaches Association of America, National Diploma.  

    It depends on the age group, experience and needs of the player / parent.  It's negotiable. 

    My dad was my coach in Ireland and I became my son's coach in California.  It went from there. 

    Ages 5 to 25 at club level. Middle School boys & girls, High School boys & girls.  

    I recently Coached a Soccer Camp for boys and girls aged 6-8 years of age.  One boy agent 7 didn't want to participate in the 4 day camp.  I spent time focusing and working with him. By the time the last day arrived, he didn't want to go home and had his mom email me to find out when / where the next Camp would be.  

    Be prepared to work hard, not give up and understand what's needed to be the best u can be.
