What Coach Expects Of You:
•Communication - Notify Coach 48 hours prior to scheduled training session regarding intended changes to the schedule.
•Punctuality - Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your training session. Be ready to go for your scheduled start time!
•Respect - Help set the fun and challenging atmosphere while remembering to respect yourself, others, and Coach.

Try a few different coaches out over time. Each can teach you something different and new. From each coach you can take aspects which work best for you and gain a greater knowledge of the game overall.
