CPR ASAP CENTER
About
Hello! My name is Tanjenique and I'm the Owner of the CPR ASAP Center.
I started this company because my mom saved my grandmother's life by performing CPR on her.
This gave us an additional 13 years with her so our way of repaying the community is by teaching them how to perform such life saving techniques!
We enjoy each person that we encounter and our adoration is matched with our passion of enuring that our participants are confident and comfortable with performing CPR if necessary.
There's SO much to consider but...
I LOVE having those breakthrough moments where the quietest students are comfortable enough to speak out, relax, laugh, and answer questions about the class. I can always see the moment when that takes place.
It's amazing because I know that the students are going to retain the information and they weren't forced to do it.
Love it!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students typically sign up on our website online but for large groups, we would work with one person who represents the company.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have to hold current and updated certifications in order to teach the course but in addition to that, I have a Masters degree in Public Services.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We serve several certification credentialing agencies with many add-on services. But our classes range from 35-80 and then 125 for premium services.
How did you get started teaching?
I was inspired to teach CPR because my mom saved my grandmother by doing CPR on her.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with people of various backgrounds.
My students have ranged from those with language barriers, Visually impaired and Blind, and age ranges from 10-85, different educational backgrounds and we love them all.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The local news stopped by to talk to us about the importance of knowing how to perform CPR.
I was proud to do the interview because we have been on a crusade to teach these courses but that platform solidified what has always been important to us.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would suggest that anyone who is looking to find a CPR course should do a simple google search about the company.
By doing that, you will see the unedited reports of how the participants are being treated, and how well they know their stuff!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
It's important to think of whether you would like to go to the company to take the course or if the instructor should come to your facility.
The amount of time that it takes to complete the course is important, as well. While the course doesn't have to take the entire day, we do need to invest a good amount of time to the course.
