What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I will evaluate the player's overall skill level to see where certain improvements can be made and implemented. According to the initial assessment, I will organize a training plan based on their specific level of skill in order for each individual to reach their maximum potential. Each regimen will be player specific, including a variety of drills to reach each specific area of needed improvement (pitching mechanics, fielding, hitting, etc.).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 year collegiate baseball player at USC Sumter and Lander University, playing both first base and also pitching. Signed to the Kansas City Royals as a free agent in 2016. Two years of professional baseball and still currently playing, most recently summer 2018 in the Empire League. Volunteer coach at junior college USC Sumter in 2017. Scouted and helped coach for Prospect Select tournaments in 2017-19.
