I offer advanced courses as well as beginners courses that are based on helping those who have never painted learn to do a painting in just a few hours! What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first ask what have you done so far so I have a great starting point. I also look to see what interests you in art. Then we talk about what media's you want to learn in before we start applying lessons. My favorite thing to do is make it as fun as possible, while making sure you get the best learning experience you can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done many things under the term "artist". I've traveled to showcase art at exhibits, met famous actors and got them sign my paintings of them, I've done many commissions with a following, I've done many types of media from digital, drawing, watercolor and painting with oils and acrylics on canvas. I have experience teaching at "Paint and Sip" as well as Michaels stores classes.

These pricing systems are standard and are here to help give an idea with basic conditions.
(These are flexible upon circumstances, so if you have any questions or suggestions please reach out and I'll happily reply and review requests)
Drawing:
I have 1 hour courses that help sketch and finish a drawing of a character, landscape, or many other ideas. These begin at $30 (plus travel expense if applicable) and can teach additional students for additional cost. Supplies will be provided and a complete piece is guaranteed by the end of class.
Acrylic painting:
I have 2hr beginners courses starting at $45 (plus travel expense if applicable) as well as the ability to teach more than one student at once for additional cost. Supplies will be provided and will make sure you have a completed piece upon end of class.
Advanced courses are 3hr and begin at $75 (plus travel expense if applicable) and can teach more than one student for additional cost. Supplies will be given and a additional instructions maybe left with student after class if piece isn't completed and a follow up will be issued to make sure progress was satisfactory.

How did you get started teaching?
I begun to teach after the never ending argument over someone saying they "cant" do what I do. My first teaching assignments where accredited at Michaels stores as an official Grumbacher art teacher. I then begun and still do teach at paint and sips.
What types of students have you worked with?
I do work with children, as so long as they are old enough to hold a attention span over an hour and results are realistic.
