I am majoring in Human Communication and Organizational Leadership with a concentration minor in Sports Coaching. Becoming a Volleyball Coach is what I am pursuing and it is my passion!
I am currently playing for Butler University and I wanted to put out giving private lessons to anyone who needs it! So I would coach girls or boys and help them to grow their volleyball IQ and skills!
I am a senior OH here for Butler, (but I have played every position possible) so I am very versatile in all positions. I have also coached club teams and high school teams with my mom and myself.
I am able to offer remote lessons for those who want a better volleyball IQ. I also offer in-person training lessons for those who want to be better physically.
Here are my accomplishments and accolades:
-First Team All-State in 2016
-First Team All-Region honoree
-2016 Augusta Chronicle Player of the Year
-2016 Aiken Standard Player of the Year
-2016 Prep Volleyball All-American
-Made the AVCA High School All-America Watch List
-Placed first among 300 other volleyball players in the AVCA Phenom program
-Three-time First Team All-Conference
-First Team All-District and First Team All-Area selection
-Played club volleyball for Upward Stars and placed in the top-20 team in the nation

I enjoy getting to see the players progress from the first lesson to their last one. My goal is to better their IQ and help them become versatile in all positions as I am.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I want to know first hand what you want out of these lessons/training. I want to know your goals and aspirations!
After that then I want to assess what you and your parents feel you are capable of doing in the future and right now.
Then we go from there with the training!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing volleyball for over 6 years and have been coaching for a little under that. I am also studying to be a Coach. My passion is coaching and helping girls and boys become amazing volleyball players and individuals.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching through my mom because she was my coach and then I became one to help her coach teams while I was in offseason and then it grew on me as a passion.
My dream is to become a Volleyball Coach and I am currently pursuing that with my major being Human Communication and Organizational Leadership with a concentration minor in Sports Coaching! So after I finish college my plans are to play professionally overseas then come back and start my coaching career.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with young kids, middle school, high school, and collegiate players! (All ages from 5-23 years old)
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love it when we do butler camps for butler university over the summer in June-July!
