ECM Baseball Academy
About
When I was a kids started baseball practice , I was so excited to join the baseball team in Dominican Republic, with dreams to become a baseball player like all my friends, use to play for years until i get the university, there play for 4 years and left when i get my system ingeneer certificate, In 2014 become Baseball Agent helping my cousing in the MLB, I spoke with a friend who noticed my ability as trainer.
He outlined the skills I brought to the team and kindly offered suggestions on the areas I could improve. Every few weeks, she checked in on how I was feeling and provided feedback on my progress.
By taking the time to coach me on an individual basis, I felt that he cared about me and valued me as a team member. At the end of the season, I had gained confidence that extended both on and off the field. I want to make the same positive impact on my players, letting them know that I care about their well-being and want to see them grow as athletes and individuals.
Coach gain satisfaction helping people develop and achieve their goals. An opportunity to make a difference and see first-hand the impact on other peoples' lives and a chance to give something back are all well documented satisfying rewards.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with a quick discovery session. Here we will chat for a few minutes to establish the goals of the player along with set our expectations for the session to follow.
As the session begins, we will always start with a dynamic warm up. We are focused on helping our players create their own “championship routine” with a fun mix of dynamic stretching and movement preparation, as well as calisthenics. This routine is determined by the age, skill level, and fitness of the player and it is designed to help our players program their ability to move properly, as well as prepare them to maximize performance and minimize the risk of injury.
After our warm up, dependent on the desired areas of improvement of the player and what we will work on, we will go into a throwing program where the Baseball Coach will test and evaluate the throwing mechanics of the player, or, if a focus on hitting training is desired we will begin with tee work and soft toss drills where we will test and evaluate the mechanics of the player’s swing and determine an appropriate plan of action. From there we will continue to evaluate the player throughout the lesson and give feedback and drills and some suggested homework as we finish the session.
