What’s Up Prospect/Athlete.

My name is I’shantii Rosser. Been in the training field since 2008. I’m an ex college Athlete(Football and Rugby) turned Full-Time Certified Trainer/Certified Performance Specialist/Coach with National Academy of Sports Medicine.

My biggest goal as a training is to push your athlete the way it’s needed to hit his/her goals.

    We find out what the student/athlete needs to improve on through over the phone or in person conversation.

    From there we see what athlete can do through first couple of sessions through several ability test and drills. 

    Then we go into planning what will be worked on with athlete from seeing what athlete can do and work on what can make athletes enhance their skill.

    I got started teaching through the experiences of my years behind training myself to begin. Once I was confident in the knowledge I had obtained over the years (my 4 years of high school and my college years) through shadowing and working under a knowledgeable University/High School Grad Athletic Trainer I consider a mentor and family, I began my career in the training industry where I became certified through top training industries like Nasm(Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist), Afaa(Certified Group Instructor) to enhance my own knowledge in trainining.
    I’ve worked with students in all levels of fitness and training. -Non-Athletes(K-12)(College)(General Population 80yrs+) -Athletes(K-12)(College)(Recreational Athletes)(Club Athletes)
    When you’re a student looking to hire in my area of expertise come with either a skill/skills focus needed to be worked on, or find a coach you can put your trust in to make you the best you can become because of the coaches expertise. The goal is to be able to piggy back off of one another to continue to master the students craft and goals.
    -A consistent schedule -How much flexibility one another has -Starting Goals -Schedule -How much the student wants the Coach/Trainer to be in control of skills to work on. (Ex. Jo Shmo wants to work on speed, so coach focuses on speed. Ex. Jo Shmo wants to become the best athlete he can become, so coach focus on all thing focused on making the student the best athlete; speed, power, etc.).
