What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first thing I like to do on the first day is evaluate my athlete to see exactly what his/her strengths and weaknesses are. This allows me to create a training plan designed specifically for them and their needs. Once I know the strengths and weaknesses over time we will evaluate again so that the athlete and myself can see the growth whether it be strength, speed, or quickness.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is $40 per day or $150 per week for those who know they will want to train 5 days a week(Tuesday-Saturday)
