I am a violinist new in town but with 20 years of experience performing and teaching violin as a university professor at the University of Antioquia. I hold a Masters and Doctorate degree in Music, minor in Suzuki Pedagogy from the University of Memphis. I can teach students all ages and all levels. I believe that teaching music is an experience that encompasses various channels of internalization and must engage the holistic nature of each individual -physical, mental and emotional. In this sense my purpose is to awake the inner mentor that every student has in order to play the violin successfully.
