What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to find out all goals both shirt term and long term. Knowing limitations and what truly needs to be worked on is key to improvement. I work on an improvement basis. I beleive we should focus on a skill until it is agreed that skill is comfortable and doable in a game setting then we will move on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained youth for the past 4 years and have national accreditation through ACE and SCW. I work as personal trainer.

How did you get started teaching?
I got started by teaching kids and teams skills that they could use to improve their edge in sports. I continue to research and find new drills and skills to help my clients inprove.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of students. From beginner to advanced.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I just completed an ironman and a marathon. I strive to push myself and get better. Training others is something I love and ita great to have experiences to draw from.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Always trust the teacher. Practice outside of teaching is what changing people the most.
