About
I’ve been creating art for most of my life, and painting has always been both my profession and my way of understanding the world. Through MunizArt, my work has evolved across many styles—from expressive acrylic paintings and bold color work to detailed murals, trompe l’oeil, faux finishes, and custom hand-painted pieces designed to bring personality and movement into a space.
Teaching art is just as important to me as creating it. Over the years, I’ve taught students of all ages and skill levels, and I’ve learned that the biggest hurdle isn’t talent—it’s confidence. My classes focus on strong fundamentals like color, composition, and technique, while encouraging students to loosen up, trust the process, and develop their own style.
Whether you’re brand new to painting or returning to it after years away, my goal is to help you enjoy the creative process, learn practical skills, and walk away feeling proud of what you’ve created.

Pricing includes many factors. In order to price correctly and accurately I need to know the skill set of the student, what the goals are, the subject matter, location of the classes, and the medium. It is always best to speak on the phone... Then we really get the opportunity to learn what the objective is.

1) why they want to do/learn art
2) what are there expectations
3) how much time can they dedicate to the classes... An hour a day, 3 times a week etc.
