The typical process is I get to know the client- what there interests off the field and most importantly what is there life like off the field. You have to build a relationship and get to know your client. I ask all my new client what's the best way they learn and whatever style it is I bring that into my teaching so they can learn and adapt to information. I focus on getting your body and mind focused on the game and prepare you to compete against the best.
