What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Have a convo to understand what they themselves would like to get better at. Then ask them what level of motivation they would like for me to push them from(mediocre,good,or great). Then start to prove them on what makes them tick so I can know the angles to turn on their switch.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have coach on several level, and numerous sports, from Jr NBA,Little League International, Middle School, and College.

How did you get started teaching?
After graduation I still had the competitive juices, and decided to dive into the coaching ranks.

I became the Assistant coach to NBA Legend Kenny Anderson at Fisk University, my Alma Mater.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Have a conversation with the coach first and find out if the chemistry between them

The skills they are weak at, and how they can draw the full potential to become better all around athletes.
