As a seasoned educator and coach, I've developed a passion for skill development and one-on-one training. With my background in teaching and coaching, I've honed my ability to create specialized training plans tailored to individual needs, starting with an initial evaluation of overall skills. I believe in meeting athletes and students where they're at, building confidence, and making training a fun and engaging experience. Whether it's one-on-one or group training, I'm skilled at adapting my approach to suit each individual's learning style and goals. My experience as a 5th Grade teacher, Assistant Varsity Women's Basketball Coach, and Player Development Clinic Coordinator has given me a unique ability to connect with students and athletes of all levels, helping them grow and improve in a supportive and motivating environment. Currently, I am a Data Center Technical Sales Specialist at Dell Technologies, where I've also developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, which I leverage to build strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
