What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to evaluate where they are as a pitcher and as an athlete. I like to know their routines as well as how they go about their routine catch play, pre stretch and post recovery.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At North Carolina Central University I graduated with a Interdisciplinary Studies Degree, in which allowed me to studies different majors and combine them into one. My concentrations in that major were health education, physical education, and psychology.

How did you get started teaching?
I have always had a itch to be a coach!
What types of students have you worked with?
Last off season was my first time being a full time coach and I loved it! I loved working with kids and coaching them up in different areas of play. I always tell my teams and my lessons that I wanna coach and give them information I wish I had at their age.
