About
My training is based on my own personal accomplishments in High School, College,NBA, FIBA, South American, and European League success. I know what it takes to develop stamina, skills, knowledge, and game awareness to be a successful member of a team. I generally develop the academy principal for working with groups. No one is sitting down in that setting. It is important to reinforce good habits of subliminal empowerment to achieve stated goals. You must impart good leadership, teamwork, and position acumen into the development workout.
I enjoy seeing the progress of the players I work with. My program is based on actually playing and developing basketball skills. The main goal of basketball is to score, rebound, assist, and defend the opponent. The thrill I get out of working with players is to see the light come on during training so the player can experience success executing fastbreak, continuity offense, and defense utilizing basic tenets of position, spacing, cutting, and running.
