What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I bring the student in and we so a simple evaluation based on the goal of the athlete and the demands of the activity.
Once that is complete i sit down with the athlete and the parent if under 18, and discuss what I saw in the evaluation, what needs to be corrected before progress to goal can be made, and then reccomend and work with a plan of action.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a fitness instructor for over 7 years with a back ground in sport performance, strength development, speed and agility work. I have a degree in Exercise Science, and several certifications.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes and no, the pricing depends on the type of program we agree upon we price often on a more is less system.
How did you get started teaching?
I have always had a passion for human performance and fitness, but I had a trainer myself several years back and that sprung me into the world of training athletes and general fitness clients.
