About
I believe my service stands because of my passion for teaching but also because if the variety in my experience, training, and personal dance journey. I have worked with a wide range of ages & believe the best dancers are well-rounded, seeking knowledge in various styles.
When students come in with little to no confidence in their dancing and leave feeling confident in their ability to not only dance, but to create a fun experience for their self & their partner, I know I have done my job well.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, we discuss the motivation behind taking dance lessons so we can formulate a goal, then a plan. The initial lesson will be spent drilling basic principles of the dance, not only to begin building muscle memory, but for me to evaluate the student's learning style & develop the most effective approach to teaching. From there, I will continue to progress with the student as I see fit.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?
The beginning of my teaching experience dates back to my high school days. In order to be able to afford dance classes, I assisted in & subbed for a variety of classes at the studio I was training at. That was when I realized the passion I had for teaching and knew it was part of my calling.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
1) Is this person able to cater to my learning style?
2) Do I feel comfortable in growing with this person?
3) Are their passions, goals, and values going to align with mine?
