Be Great Workshop

Here at Be Great Workshop we focus on reaching not only our full potential as a student athlete but a person as well.

Basketball has always been an outlet for me; a way for me to escape everything that's going on around me and just be free. Since the age of 6 I've been around the game, and whether it was playing for my school, recreation league or just working out with my trainer I've done nothing but fall deeply in love with this game.

Be Great Workshop is something I've been doing for a few years now, mainly with family and friends but the main reasoning behind is because changing the world has always been my ultimate goal. Reaching my full potential and finding my purpose in life has become an everlasting goal.

I train my cousins and little brother in basketball (ball handling, fundamentals, shooting, defense, Agility, speed, explosiveness, jump shooting, etc) but I also do plyometrics, calisthenics and weight training. I begun to do so about 5 years ago and since then I've seen outstanding results.

Ill assist students achieve any goal of theirs by helping them develop a growth mindset that will enhance not only their physical and mental but spiritual and emotional growth as person and as a student athlete but importantly as a member of their community.
