Coach Clark is great working with the girls. He makes it fun and personalizes the lesson for each person. He is flexible with scheduling and always on time. My daughter has improved with her shooting.

Coach Clark taught me very well and I improved a bunch on my position. I had a really fun time. I really hope people have the same experience as I did.

The desire to grow these boys into young men is so evident! The ability to truly work with our son and teach him the skill he needs, in his position and in fundamentals, was so worthwhile in the time we spent with Coach. We value all that our son was taught and highly recommend anyone to do the very same!

He combined fundamentals with the modern play of the game. We put in hard work. I gained much needed confidence from working with him. Training helped me in a major part of my game, making me a better player overall.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I will usually start each workout with a dribbling, shooting drill or both to evaluate their skill set. Once I have done so, I will continue to add various levels of difficultly to each drill. As they advance and grow each drill will advance in difficulty.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I played 4yrs at Concordia University in Austin

I currently have 14yrs coaching experience at various levels. I've coached at the middle school, high school, Collegiate Div. 1 and ABA Professional!

Throughout the years I've worked along side former NBA players, trainers and coaches as well.

How did you get started teaching?

After graduating and playing at Concordia University in 2005 I started my non-profit organization and launched my coaching and training career.

What types of students have you worked with?

Various athletes from:

Elementary, Jr. High, High School, College and ABA Professional.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

The Great American Shoot Out Basketball Tournaments held throughout the Nation. They give guys the platform to shine and get seen by various coaches from various levels that need players.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

What are your personal goals? Who's background and expertise has the potential to help you get there? You can learn different aspects of the game from various coaches. Discover which coach best fits your preferences. Are the workouts vigorous? Are they vigorous and instructional/critiqueful? Is the coach positive, encouraging, knowledgeable of various drills or basic demanding and belittling? Some things take time but some things you can tell quickly.

I believe in the process of seed time harvest.

Let work together to improve your skills so that when its your time to shine you are confident!

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What are your needs?

Are you coachable?

Do you really want to improve?

Are you willing to do the things outside of training that helps build on what you have learned?

Are you prepared to make sacrifices to reach and accomplish your future goals?
