About

My service stands out through my genuine care of the players. I have just finished a year training division I players at Louisiana Tech University. I will work with the student to accomplish their goals and see them through. I will attend games and analyze in game scenarios if asked and truly work with the player to make sure they are getting everything out of their time with me.

Teaching the game I love to others is what makes this special. I love seeing the work ethic pay off. Sports are something that are truly about what you put into it. It is one of the most direct reflexions of how much work you put in. I love that. I love helping people become more efficient to outwork and outcompete others and become the best player they can be. I love seeing players come in and be inspired by the lack of limits to their potential. I have taken players on the B-Team to varsity in a year and it is beautiful. I have gotten players what they have wanted and seeing them accomplish their goals is extremely rewarding.

    Frequently asked questions

I learn the skill level of the player at first and then tune my training to their needs. I also develop core abilitites every player should have as they go throughout their playing career. I focus on practicing skills that are game ready and will improve the player significantly in the shortest period of time. I focus on developing the mental aspect of the game which also applies to life. I want to be as efficient as possible so the player gets the most out of their time with me.

I played 6A high school basketball at Arlington Martin where I started and recieved district honors. I hold the record for three pointers made in a game and led the team in three point shooting during my senior season. I was able to shadow and learn from former UT basketball coach, Shaka Smart, as well as many college and pro level trainers throughout my career. I have taken everything I know from well tested and documented training techniques from high level skills trainers and tailored them to a variety of skill levels.

I tend to charge $30 an hour for individual sessions and $20 if they have a workout partner. I am always willing to negotiate as I do not want price to ever be a barrier. I will say that you will never question if you are getting your money's worth during a session. From start to finish (often a little overtime as well) we will be working on every aspect of the game to get the best out of your player.

I started teaching younger players at my high school during my senior year and have continued on with players of all ages. I have always loved it and do it because I love seeing the work and drive during the trainings pay off in game.

I have worked with players of all levels. I have trained players who have gone on to power 5 conferences in the NCAA as well as younger students who just want to make the freshman team. I have tailored all my workouts to getting my players where they want to be when they want to be there.

Choose someone that knows what they are doing and has proven themselves able to get players to where they want to be. For me its more than about basketball. It is about developing work ethic and a drive to be better at what you do. Everything I teach is transferable to life. I focus on being intentional about what you are doing to be as effective and effecient as possible. I also focus on the mental side of the game as it is more than half the battle. As someone who struggled with confidence on the court during my playing days I know how to help players find a way to overcome it.
