What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students are required to visit our website, find a course they are interested in, register for the course, and then pay for it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Captain Kyle McCall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is pursing a Master of Arts in Clinical/Counseling Psychology. As a Captain and Field Manager at North America Security Services and previously Concordia University Texas, Kyle has gained a wide range of experience in hospitality, student housing, university, high-rise, financial, residential, and manufacturing environments in addition to security management experience. Kyle holds various licenses issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety-Private Security Bureau in addition to other providers listed below. He manages field operations, assists with human resources and office tasks, and manages our rank, training, and award programs.
He has earned additional certifications from FEMA and other State and Federal agencies in Disaster Response, Emergency Planning, Emergency Response, Surveillance Awareness, Terrorism Awareness, Field Training, among other certifications, in addition to Spanish fluency and a unique understanding of mentoring and training.
In addition, he is a certified Threat Liaison Officer for the Austin Regional Intelligence Center and maintains positive partnerships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. In addition, he is a part of the City of Austin/Travis County Community Emergency Response Team.

How did you get started teaching?
I have been teaching for a few years and developed a passion for providing students will meaningful skills and the ability to perform them outside of the classroom not just regurgitate it for a test.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don’t settle for a course because it is cheap or short. Invest in yourself with a high quality course and instructor.
