It is very important to know more than one language! If you know 2 or more languages you have greater opportunities to excel.

What I enjoy the most about the work I do is that I am able to empower some one to speak more. Speak more English, Spanish, just speak more.
I am able to teach children and adults.
Anyone could learn: old and young, men and women, Any nationality or religion. This is a very interesting and fascinating job for me since I get to learn about other cultures and traditions.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process for working with a new student is to get the location of the class, schedule and phone number confirmed for our first day of class via email.
On our first day of class we go over our cancellation policy, some rules and regulations. Goals for our classes, as well as a detailed lesson plan to develop a customized syllabus for the student.
The first day is more like an Orientation day. We will also have a placement test or assessment test. We will go over a list of diferent materials, books, and online sites that could be beneficial for the student.
