About
Hello. My name is Steven Noble. I own and operate Noble Arms. I'm an Army Infantry veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition I'm also a certified instructor through the NRA. I teach folks to protect themselves with firearms.
Full disclosure. My military training and experience is not what makes me a reliable source for your consideration. In my many years of learning and experience has shown me that there is always something new to gain. A new hight for me to reach in my skill and teaching abilities. My constant focus and willingness to gain new knowledge and skill for the betterment of my students is what drives me.
I love my job. This is a passion for me. The classes and services I provide usually cost hundreds, if not thousands of dollars elsewhere. But I'm here to teach any law abiding citizen, regardless of your race, gender, or creed. I'm here for all those who don't have big money to spend on quality training.
For more information you can reference and reach me through my website at noble-arms.org
My favorite kind of student is the one that knows nothing. Being the one to welcome a new gun owner to the community is an amazing privilege. Dont get it wrong, I still welcome enjoy having experienced gun owners. But there is something about seeing that expression on a new gun owners face when they fire a gun for the first time and do well at it.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students can sign up for a class or service via my website noble-arms.org. There they reach me for further information.
Additionally I like to discuss some things with my student to get to know them better, and learn about there needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The focus here at Noble Arms is on marksmanship and defense tactics.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Basic pistol and rifle classes are 85$.
Advanced pistol and rifle classes are 95$.
1 on 1 classes are 75$ for 4 hours, or 100$ for 6 hours.
Home Defense training is 100$ as well as Vehicle defense tactics being 100$. But if you want both, then it's only 150$
How did you get started teaching?
Like most instructors I got started teaching friends and family. Which eventually lead to people outside of friends and family.
What types of students have you worked with?
The majority of the students I have had thus far are new gun owners.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Learn what you can before hand. Unfortunately there are some people out there who call themselves instructors that really shouldn't. Some instructors have only taken a basic course or 2, and a handful of YouTube videos.
This is also part of my reasoning for getting to know my students. I dont just instruct, I guide and mentor. These are life saving skills I provide, and I like to convey that to them.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
While credentials are important. What is as equally important is the instructors ability to communicate effectively to wide range of different people. I know alot of people who can shoot and move really well. But they don't have the communication skills or passion to teach. We can all recite something we herd, but whats really important is knowing the methods and science of why it's done the way it is.
