Hi! I deeply enjoy and excel at helping people navigate life, supporting personal growth and deep health, and offering people a soft place to land and explore within. I have decades of experience in people care. I hold space for you as you are, meet you where you are, and welcome human variety. The current iterations of my work are sound practitioner and meditation facilitator, end-of-life doula, yoga instructor (on occasion), and massage therapist. I have multiple years of experience in each of these areas, ranging from 3-15 years, depending on which one we're talking about. My practice is called Lux Solaris. Light of the Sun.
