What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I at first get to know them, who they are, what's being on, and why they feel they need meditation. I want to be able to find the root of the situation or problem and help guide them and be able to channel what is going on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been certified in Meditation teaching training, for a year now, I teach at a fitness center 6 days a week. And I have a YouTube channel that I use to put out Meditations I've done. I also practice myself everyday.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is $30 for online and in person and if they decide to travel to me.. And $40 if I have to travel to them.
How did you get started teaching?
In 2018, I was struggling with my identity and who I was. I went through a very bad break up at the end of the year following into 2019. After it was all over, I felt lost and incomplete in my life and what I wanted to get from it. So I turned to Yoga first to just be in the moment and go find some guidance. As the year went on, I was getting better but still struggling to find the best option for me, then the Pandemic hit, all I could feel was this sadness and empty feeling I had. I reached out and decided Meditation is something I should look into, I fell in love. It has helped me so much of the last year and a half. I practice everyday, now im confident, happy, and wanting to teach, show, and help others to feel the way they want to feel, think, and be in their everyday life.
