Welcome! I am a trauma-conscious spiritual guide, movement instructor, and feminine empowerment coach. With 1,000+ hours of private yoga sessions, 500+ hours of education, and a long list of credentials, I am here to offer new perspectives, experiences, and tools that allow women to just be, to choose themselves first, and to experience greater freedom, joy, and love from within every day. I welcome women from all backgrounds and life experiences to join me in their healing with private yoga, reiki, and life coaching.

    Frequently asked questions

    1. We schedule a 15-minute introductory call where you will have a chance to explain your goals and intentions, this way I can best create a tailored experience for you. I will also answer any questions you have about how I typically work with clients here as well.

    2. The first session is complimentary for all yogis without any expectations.

    3. You buy your own mat.

    4. We work together 1-2x per week.

    5. I ask for a commitment of 1 month to start. 

    YOGA
    -4+ years of experience teaching privates,
    -200+ classes taught
    -500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certified through the Yoga Teacher Alliance
    -Studied under internationally-recognized yogis such as Annie Carpenter, Joan Hyman, Noah Maze, and Clio Manuelian amongst others

    REIKI
    -Reiki I & II Certification at The Den Meditation Studio, Los Angeles, CA under internationally-recognized Reiki Master, Kelsey Patel
    -Reiki practitioner for over 2 years 

    MEDITATION
    -4+ years of guided meditation privates, group classes, and workshops
    -Over 200 hours of mindfulness meditation 
    -Continued studying under ordained Highly Ordained Himalayan Monk, Swami Vidyadhishananda
    -Yoga Nidra Meditation Certified under Hilary Jackendoff  

    $75/One hour session
    -Packages of 6 sessions are sold at a time at minimum
    -10% of proceeds are donated to a cause of your choice
