Derelle, was patient and he was very supportive during the training sessions. He is very knowable with the training. My daughter said she likes working with him and that she learned a lot.

  • Tiffany Noble

Really knows what he is talking about. & Is focused on helping improve the performance of athletes. Great personal and professional attitude as well. Overall, great experience.

  • Susan

You can tell the level of experience Derelle has by the way he breaks down the mechanics of baseball. He does a great job of making sure the kids fully understand what he is explaining to them.

  • Brett Gissler

Darrel knows how to communicate to the kids to where they understand what he is trying to teach them. You can tell he (Coach Darrel) is an athlete and had great coaching based on the drills he has these kids working on.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The first thing I like to do is ask the student what exactly they are looking to accoimplish and in what time frame. Next, I find it benefical to do an initial skills assessment to see a student's strengths, growth opportunities and it allows me to pinpoint the best starting point for training.
