What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first thing I do is visually access body composition of the athlete to determine training structure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played 4 years of varsity high school basketball (Potomac High School (VA)). 1 year at Hargrave Military Academy (VA). 3 year starter at Virginia Tech. 1 year at Southern Illinois University Carbondale (IL). 15 year Europe/Australia.

Coaching my son in differnet sports. Started with baseball, then football, finally he is playing basketball.
