Adriel Talamantez

Hello!!, I'm Adriel Talamantez, I'm 19 years old music major and very enthusiastic/eager to share my passion for music with the upcoming generation. Six years of trumpet playing and growing proficiency in composition for the past 2 years , I have been marked by achievements such as dual qualifications for the State Solo and Ensemble contest, coveted participation in the Midwest Brass Convention, and the honor of receiving commissions from high school and college students. My creative endeavors have also extended to collaborating with esteemed institutions like the Houston Ballet Academy and the Houston Fine Arts Museum. A crowning achievement arrived in the form of the 2023 Jefferson Todd Fraizer AFA Composers Award, I am truly just looking towards developing the first steps of young musicians/beginners of all ages
