About this pro

I am a former minor league baseball player, division I basketball player, and current certified personal trainer. I specialize in speed and vertical jump to help developed dynamic athleticism. While raw explosiveness is important, it is useless if it is not paired sport specific skills. My training programs target the quick twitch muscle fibers through the specific movements that are most important to each individual clients sport. If the goal is dunking, explosive change of direction moves, or to increase arm/bat/foot speed then come train with me and get real results in weeks not months.

He is incredibly systematic with his workouts. Everything he teaches has a rhyme or reason to it. He helps explain each activity and what to do after your done. If you commit to his workouts you will get fantastic results.

NATE KNOWS WHAT HES TALKING ABOUT!! Passionate, encouraging, knowledgeable mentor that took my game to a whole new level! Helped me go from a decent basketball player to starting on varsity my sophomore year of high school and now to a division 1 basketball player! His moves, his vertical jumping program, and his knowledge on defense will guarantee to get you where you want to be! He always has a positive attitude and through encouragement he motivates you to be the best you can be! Can’t say enough about this man!

When we first met with Nathan my son (11yrs old) couldnt even dribble and hated basketball because it was too hard. After one session my son was excited to continue training and started to fall in love with the game. His confidence is through the roof and is constantly wanting to go out to play to show us all his new moves. What i love so much about this training is Nathan actually focuses on improving the skills his weak at instead of just running my child to death which is what we were used to in his other sports. Definitely happy we found him as a trainer.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I start with a questionnaire to get a full understanding of the clients specific goals. The client is then put through full evaluation to check both the clients current fitness and skill level along with checking for postural ailment issues that may pose a risk to their safety or development. A progrom is then  designed around their specific goals to systematically guide them from where they are today to what they want to become. The athlete can follow the program on their own or have me guide them through the workouts with private lessons.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I played minor league baseball with the Atlanta Braves organization before going back to school to play DI basketball at Montana State University. I am an NCCPT certified personal trainer and spent most of the last decade training athletes and researching the most efficient ways to improve athleticism
