Alfred is an outstanding trainer. Hes patient and easy to learn from. Before I met Alfred I knew little to nothing about recovery Ing injuries, preventing injuries and healing myself. Now Im able to help myself recover in my sport and help my friends as well. Hes knowledgeable, prepared, and prompt. I only have good things to say about his professionalism. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

1.make sure i understand exactly what they want to improve on.

2..Figure out strength and weakness.

3. Set out a plan and a time frame for them based on how quick they learn and their level .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have trained clients of all ages. I have been a coach at club camps, high school camps and as well as college camps. I have been a part of the camps at SMU and the University of AKron to name a few and i have played the game at the highest level.
