What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, I seek to find out where we are starting and where the student is wanting to get to. I look to find strengths to build on and weaknesses to make strengths.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a biology major with 2 minors. My sufficient education has prepared me to share my knowledge and fun tricks and study tips to make learning enjoyable. I have tutored some jr high students in math and I have gotten experience working with students of all learning abilities while volunteering with a special needs school.
