About

The power of growth and inspiration is what drives me. I am a firm believer in being consistent in whatever you do. Consistently Outworking 3veryone is what CO3 stands for. I started up my business from seeing personal success in the basketball world from using that exact recipe. I am a current college basketball player. I feel that playing in college sports while working with players creates a bond and interest from students of the game. I went to a junior college in Dallas and won the conference championship and attending two National championships tournaments. While at my junior college I received the honors of 2nd team all conference and DPOY my sophomore season. While freshman year receiving 3rd team all conference. In high school I was voted most improved my junior year. Then my senior year I received DPOY of the district and team MVP. Consistently working hard will not only create good basketball players but create habits to create successful human beings.

Coach J is where you are trying to get as player and he knows exactly what it takes to get there - consistent hard work and smart work. I started out going a couple of one on one sessions a week but quickly moved to working out with Javon every day. It’s not the only work I put in, but it’s the best work I put in.

There’s NO fluff, NO playing around it’s just pure and simple grind with HIGH level focus on the details. My Sons confidence is starting to spill out in high level games and it’s a direct result of working with Coach Javon.

    Frequently asked questions

To begin I think you should always begin a session with form shooting. Build good habits of shooting with correct form. From there move into ball handling warm-up. Typically by the time this is over a coach can read around the skill level the player possesses. More elite players will gain more from playing in more game like situations will still developing players need more skill work as well as some game like situations and reads. I believe reps will benefit everyone. Getting up a lot of shots.

I have an associate in science and I am currently working on my bachelors in sports management. Along with obtaining my NASM personal training certificate.

I typically charge $35 for an hour and 15 minute session,Or offer 5 session for $150. I also offer $300 for an entire month covered of workouts. You will be able to attend as many 1 on 1 sessions you like within a month. I try to stay around the hour and 15 minute range but I operate more on if our work is complete we may run a little over.

I started teaching from falling in love with my own process of getting better personally and working out. Then I moved to working out my little brother to then adding his friends. From there other parents seeing us work out and asking if their child could join.

I have worked with students anywhere from beginners to high school and some college players.

Attending a clients game and seeing their hard work pay off first hand.
