About
I am a hands-on atist with a smile and joy of color, painting and working with beginning to eperienced artists. The fun and satisfaction knowing painting is a journey and not a destination is what I instill. I can teach you the basics of painting and design so you may grow in your skills and enjoyment of your art life. I have a Bachekor's degree in graphic design; many years of watercolor, mixed media and acrylic painting in a wide varety os styles and techniques.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Introduce myself with basic exercses, then ask what goals a student may ahev ... then jump in to a lesson. My home tudio environment is relaxed and casual and will make my new students feel at ease to get their creative juices flowing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I offered and successfully taught painting in oil to brginninners and composition drawing to high school-age students out of my studio at Center for Contemporary Art in Abilene, Texas; then age 6-12 art at Boys & Girls Club of Abilene for 7 years.
