What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, i talk to the student about what they want to achieve as well as your strengths and weaknesses in dancing technique. After we have that part established we begin the process of learning the dance step by step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been DFW Swingout dancing for 20 years. I have taught over 500 students. I have won several local and national titles in that swing dance form. I was also named a legend in 2015.
I also am a West Coast Swing Allstar/Champion Level dancer. I have competed in wcs for over 10 years and rreached the professional teaching level. I have competed at the US Open Swing dance Champions and place 3rd among the top wcs dancer in the allstar division.

Pricing is simple.
Private Lesson (One on One) $75hr
Couples Lessons (or up to 2 persons) $135hr
How did you get started teaching?
I am a school band teacher by profession, so it can naturally to start teaching Swing Dancing.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do your research and find the best instructor to fit your dance needs. Make sure the instructor you choose is a professional in their field and has a proven track record.
