I've been a certified personal trainer for over 15 years, holding multiple certifications in indoor cycling, kickboxing, group fitness, and am a specialist in sports perormance, conditioning, and nutrition. I'm associated with Cernunnos Athletic Development for the past few years where we have trained high school and college athletes allowing them to have the abilities to move on up to the next tier in their athletic carcareers. Providing the proper knowledge athletes need in sports nutrition along with the next level training has allowed them to be the top competitors in their chosen sports. Training and services unlike anyone other facility in the southwest sets us above any "competitor" in the area.
