What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start by selecting one of the student preferred songs and based on that we start by learning the chord progression, hand articulation and arpeggiation. As we progress with the song, I will be introducing music theory and will introduce more challenging songs and passages.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a Bachelors of Music Degree in Piano Performance and a Masters of Music Degree in Composition.

How did you get started teaching?
I worked as professor assistant during my time in graduate school and decided to teach at my university. Over the last few years, I decided to try teaching privately and online.
