What I love so much about yoga is the purpose I sense /feel/experience that every breath & every inch I go further, every time my heart opens, there's a great satisfaction in growth towards my divinity .
She was about providing a very nurturing and zen experience.
We begin by addressing their reasons for this practice . We look into the course of action to attend to their requests , then we begin to flow ~ in breath, in the moment , in movement .
My parents took me to yoga camp from 5-10 years of age over a month's time during the summer growing up . In my early 20's I began to try different styles ..by my mid 30's I had practiced Ashtanga, Jiva Mukti, Alignment , Kundalini, Acro Yoga and Restorative Styles .
I have been to the Yoga Festival called Wanderlust and studied with top teachers of different styles, as well as working in various NYC Yoga studios giving me unlimited amounts of classes in which I was submerged in the culture and practices ..
