We out athletes make a better, more resilient athlete." That's what we said just before starting the OverHaulTrain Middle school High School and college Athlete's Program.
We knew there was an opportunity, actually, a NEED, to raise the level of conditioning young athletes had access to. This meant creating a program to keep athletes working and conditioned, even if their season had come to end
This program, backed by years of experience and expertise in strength and conditioning, as well as our own journeys through competitive sports. This is designed to create a stronger, faster and more agile athlete. One that is focused, confident and determined to compete at the top of their sport.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1. Conversation to find out their goals
2. Then I explain to the athlete my purpose for being there and explain what they’ll be doing
3. A plan will be in place for their training
4. Movement assessment to see where the athlete is at that time physically
5. Build a program around their ability to use their strength and improve on their weaknesses
