I am an academician mathematician with 11 years of working experience and I have an academic degree of engineering in computer science. I am giving one-on-one online mathematics lessons from 6th grade till 12th grade and I am teaching college algebra, calculus lessons to the university students, I am giving SAT lessons as well.
I am teaching all the required topics related to the curriculum in order. I help to do homework and to solve different types of questions for more practice. I use zoom, presentations and I do problem-solving via writing tablets. I would like to help as much as possible. My first principle is being a family member of you, for your success and happiness...
Working with friends that require learning in detail (not memorizing) makes me happy and trying to improve themself for their feature motivates me, since I feel all of my students are like my friend (or as my child :).

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I am delivering my courses via writing tablet, zoom, online.
In the first zoom meeting, I understand the needs of my student, we discuss books and working hours, I am giving the first lesson for free!!!!! I would like to help as much as possible. I share our solutions with PPT as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an academician, Associate Prof. Dr. Mehtap Erguven has bachelors in Mathematics(1998), master (2011), and Ph.D.(2014) in computer science since. My diplomas are the U.S. certified as well.

related to their goals they should be clear, they should understand that just listening does not help they should be active during the learning process. Without hesitation, you should ask every detail about classes, methods, etc...
