All Stars CPR Training

All Stars CPR, based in Frisco, Texas, provides American Heart Association–certified CPR and first aid training across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Training is led by instructor Ruby Pasco and emphasizes hands-on practice to build practical lifesaving skills.

Course options include Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers; Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED for the general public that meets AHA and OSHA requirements; Heartsaver for K–12 schools; and BLS skills testing for students who have completed the AHA online course. Participants receive same-day digital provider cards valid for two years.

All Stars CPR offers on-site group classes for workplaces, schools, families, and community organizations and provides all necessary training supplies. Spanish-language classes are available.
