I have a total of 15-20 years coaching from 5 year olds up to 18-19 year olds. I have a national D coaching license. I played professionally for 9 years.
Develop the skill to insure the confidence of the individual.
Too many coaches do what's "right" for the team. If you develop the player the team will be fine.
It's amazing to see players grow in such a short time.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with the basics. Assessment is determined by certain drills and if applicable examine player in game situation.
Basics development with regards to touch on the ball. Dribbling and control is where every player starts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played professionally in Dallas, coached at the club/select level for 9 years. During that time I did multiple summer camps, resident camps and was part of the ODP staff. I have a USSF national "D" license. I am currently a trainer/coach with a club in Dallas.
