For new players I think it's very important they learn solid fundamentals from the beginning, giving them a strong foundation to eventually be ready to play any position, and quickly become valuable players for their team.

For more experienced players, it's about identifying gaps, learning how to maximize advantage based on individual strengths, or putting together a comprehensive program to prepare them for the next level.

I have nearly ten years experience working with mostly boy's soccer teams, from ages 7-17, and from beginners to high level competitive players. I try to make sure all players have very sound fundamentals, and then enjoy helping them maximize their potential.
