Douglas Blatt - Drum Lessons

Hey y'all! My name is Douglas Blatt. I’m a 22-year-old drummer with 15 years of playing experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Drum Set Performance from the University of Texas at Austin (Butler School of Music).

I’ve performed internationally and won first place at competitions across China, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, and I’ve toured with rising indie bands such as West 22nd, including performing at ACL Festival 2024.

I’m based in Austin, TX (Round Rock area) and currently offering private drum lessons. Whether you’re a complete beginner learning your first song or an experienced player looking to refine technique, groove, or musicality, I’d love to help you grow and enjoy the drums!
