Hello! We are Kaizen Sports Performance, a baseball training company dedicated to providing high-level instruction to players of all ages.
We specialize in hitting and pitching instruction for ages 8-18 and are currently located in the Southlake area at an indoor facility, but will be opening our own facility by the end of 2025! I personally am a Driveline certified hitting coach and also have over 10 years experience as a pitcher, giving me the expertise needed to elevate your game to the next level!
We utilize a data-driven approach, based around tracking exit velocity, pitch velocity, and other important metrics to get the most out of each session. You also will be able to see definitive progress over the course of our time together!
We offer our traditional 1 on 1 instruction sessions, along with our weekly developmental classes for those looking for the best results from their training at a reasonable rate.
